Mark Creasy has been named vice president of local operations for Staley Technologies, a turnkey national provider of enterprise technology and electrical solutions. In this role Creasy will lead Staley Technologies’ local market offices across the United States to ensure that customers integrate the appropriate technology to improve operational efficiencies and enhance customer experiences. 

“As a 20-year veteran of the hospitality industry including The Melting Pot and Morton’s Steakhouse, Mark excels at evaluating a business from the operator’s perspective,” said Andrew Faulkner, owner and CEO of Staley Technologies.  “He has an innate ability to develop optimal strategies to ensure businesses reach their maximum potential.” Prior to joining Staley, Creasy worked for NCR Corporation as a channel account manager assisting resellers and their customers with integrating digital solutions. He also held positions with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where he was part of the team that helped the hotel chain win the prestigious Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award in 1992.
