LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (April 22, 2024) — Staley Technologies, headquartered in Little Rock, Ark., announced the expansion of its leadership team with the hiring of Martha Malek as CFO and Jay Arnold as vice president of national service.

Reporting to Jason Keith, Staley Technologies president and former CFO, Malek will be taking over the business’ financial planning, management and analysis. Malek most recently served as CFO for Arkansas Urology and has nearly a decade of financial services experience, mostly in the healthcare space. She credits the forward-thinking culture at Staley for drawing her to this role, alongside its national business goals.
Malek looks forward to utilizing her expertise to identify ways to improve processes, engage Staley teammates nationwide and produce quality work for its clients. Malek holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and master’s in business administration from Arkansas Tech University.
Arnold will report to Mark Hardy, Staley Technologies COO, and will be primarily responsible for driving revenue growth within the company’s national service business unit. He will analyze and enhance service and support operations throughout the organization’s national footprint.
Previously serving as a strategic account manager at AVEVA, an enterprise industrial software company, Arnold was drawn to Staley Technologies because of the opportunity to make an immediate business impact and pursue both personal and professional growth. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Central Arkansas.
Both Malek and Arnold are located in central Arkansas.
