Acquisition brings full scope of national support for managed services providers
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (Jan. 23, 2024) — Staley Technologies, headquartered in Little
Rock, Ark., announced today the acquisition of the managed service and cybersecurity
service division of HoganTaylor Technology (HTT), a division of HoganTaylor, LLP,
headquartered in Tulsa, Okla. This acquisition creates enhanced cybersecurity services
and an end-to-end solution for both entity’s managed services provider clients in need
of network infrastructure design, installation and ongoing maintenance.

Finalized in November 2023, the teams have already undergone a seamless transition
to create a new division of Staley Technologies: Staley Managed IT & Cyber Security.
Staley Technologies retained all HTT employees, who are experts in cybersecurity and
technology and led by Cody Griffin, CPA, CITP, CISA, a former HoganTaylor Partner
and now the division president of Staley Managed IT & Cyber Security.

Through this acquisition, clients get access to both cybersecurity expertise from
HoganTaylor Technology and Staley Technologies’ network of technicians nationwide,
offering on-the-ground support if needed. A total of eight employees, located in Little
Rock and Oklahoma City, were added to the Staley Technologies team through this
acquisition.
